Leadership
Serhan Serbest
Serhan Serbest has worked in professional football since 2011 as a FIFA-licensed football agent, completing more than forty-five transfers and negotiating over €15 million in contract value across seven countries. His transactions include moves to the Chinese Super League and Major League Soccer, and inbound transfers from Serie A to the Turkish Süper Lig.
In 2023 he was granted a FIFA match agent licence — a register that holds fewer than two hundred names worldwide — extending his practice from player transfers to the organisation of international fixtures for national federations.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Wales, Cardiff, lived and worked in the United Kingdom for three years, and works today between Istanbul and Las Vegas. Alongside the football practice he is Founding Commissioner of Raqball USA Federation and holds the Turkish representation of Raqball.
