Where a buyer has a defined specification and volume, we run the same process on other categories: identify the factory, audit it, price it, contract it.

From enquiry to delivered container

- Specification agreed in writing: product, quality grade, quantity, packaging and destination port.

- Factory selection and audit. We do not forward a quotation from a factory we have not checked.

- Samples and pricing, with the cost structure explained rather than a single number quoted.

- Contract and payment security — letter of credit or escrow — before production begins.

- Production follow-up, pre-shipment inspection, export documentation and shipping.
