Process

A fixture takes four months

Counted back from match day. Every stage has a named deliverable, so the federation always knows what is due and when.

D-120: Mandate signed, federation letter of authorisation issued
D-100: Opponent shortlist and consolidated budget submitted
D-75: Opponent confirmed, host city and stadium secured, calendar filed
D-60: Match agreements executed, escrow or guarantee in place
D-45: Broadcast and sponsorship programme launched, ticketing opened
D-20: Visas, medical, referee appointment and accreditation completed
D-0 / D+15: Match staged, final settlement and operational report delivered

Commercial models

Three ways to work together

A

Brokerage

We find and contract the opponent. The federation runs the organisation itself. Fixed fee per fixture.

B

Turnkey

Opponent, venue, logistics, broadcast and commercial programme delivered as one package. The federation brings the squad.

C

Promoter

We carry the risk and pay the federation a guaranteed net participation fee. Commercial revenue stays with the promoter.
